Youth Forum Foundation (YFF) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Kansas, founded by James Ngugi to bridge communities in America and Africa through sustainable development.
Our mission focuses on five key areas that address the most pressing needs: food security, health, education, water access, and economic empowerment.

Founder & Executive Director
Born and raised in Kanjeru slums in Kenya, James Ngugi understands firsthand the challenges faced by youth and families in underserved communities. His lived experience drives every program YFF builds.
Through his leadership and vision, James has created a bridge between communities in America and Africa, channeling resources, mentorship, and opportunity where they are needed most.
